We are hiring part-time Community Leaders for the South Austin Campus who will each provide connection, care, and development to 8-15 small group leaders. They will recruit and release new leaders, and develop a coaching structure to support this growing network of small groups. They will also build a team to initiate medium-sized events for their geographic community. Small group leadership experience and proven leadership gifts are required. A fairly flexible schedule, plus skills in communication, peer-mentoring, and personal networking are also necessary.
