Support & Recovery Campus Pastor (Full-Time)

As Campus Pastor, this individual will lead the core-building and launch phase of the new Recovery Campus.  They are responsible for connection, community, shepherding, mobilization, leadership development, direction and general oversight of the campus. Experience with leading a recovery and/or addictions ministry is required (12 steps, counseling, Celebrate Recovery, grief support, etc.). This Pastor will also be on the Teaching Team and have responsibility for teaching on a regular basis for the church as a whole. Video Editor (Full-Time)

This position is responsible for editing and completing all media used for both Sunday morning and evening worship, assuring media is loaded for multi-sites and everything is archived for future use in hard and soft copies and online.  This person will accomplish these tasks through hands on work and by training a team of editing volunteers to help with the workload. South Campus Children's Pastor (Full-Time)

Gateway is currently hiring a Children's Pastor for our recently launched South Campus. This person would report directly to Gateway’s South Campus Pastor and work together with the Children’s Ministry staff of the North Campus. Responsibilities would include leading multiple ministry teams to kids each weekend, developing leaders who can implement the vision and carry out specific tasks. The South Campus Children’s Pastor would work closely with the North Campus Children’s Staff to coordinate curriculum, programs, and policies.
 
The candidates who will be considered must exhibit a passionate walk with Christ and a heart for those who don’t yet know him yet. They must possess strong leadership, organization and administrative skills. Team building and working effectively on a team are essentials. They must have 3+ years of experience leading church ministries of at least 200 regular participants. Experience in a mobile church environment is a plus.
